Strong Passwords must:

• Be a minimum of 8 characters
• Contain at least 3 of the following 4 elements:
  • Numbers (0-9)
  • Lower-case characters (a-z)
  • Upper-case characters(A-Z)
  • Special characters (i.e.  !#$%^&*()+)
• Be hard to guess.  Don't use any slang, jargon,personal information, names of family members, or words in any dictionary.  Passwords should not be re-used and changed regularly.  Sample: Ml#1otw!
